All the items we have at the shop are listed on our website, however if you have something specific in mind do not hesitate to let us know so we can send you suggestions. You can contact us an email with your ideas.

- Do you accept any returns?

Yes, we accept returns. However we accept only up to 5% of your total order.

- How are the souvenirs packaged?

Each souvenir comes packaged as described in the item description pages. You can also enhance the souvenir packaging by choosing one of our options found in the packaging section at an additional cost as described in the packaging pages.

- Can I see samples?

- Is there a minimum order quantity?

As long as we are already offering the item you want, you can buy as many as you like however if you have entrusted us to look for that something in particular, then a minimum order quantity might apply.

- How can I order?

Simply navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing, then click on the place and order button and fill in the form. You can also come to our shop in Naxxar to place your order. - Do I need to leave a deposit when I place an order?

For souvenirs a 30% deposit of the total amount will be required to process an order.

For invitations and other personalized items we require 50% deposit.

At the moment we are not accepting any online payments, so you can send us a cheque or make a direct transfer to BOV account no.: 40018094932

- When should I pick-up my order?

We will contact forty five days before your occasion date to let you know that your order is ready and make the necessary pick-up arrangements.. If for any reason you do not hear from us, do not hesitate to give us a call. y
