- How are the souvenirs packaged?
Each souvenir comes packaged as described in the item description pages. You can also enhance the souvenir packaging by choosing one of our options found in the packaging section at an additional cost as described in the packaging pages. If you opt for the packaging option we will give you the souvenirs readily packaged as per your order.
- What are the assortment suggestions?
Assortment suggestions can be found on each item description page.
This contains other souvenirs from our range that you can assort with the particular item.
- Can I buy more than one type of souvenir for my occasion?
Sure - you can assort whatever you like from our range however we suggest that you assort souvenirs as per our assortment suggestions box found in each item description page.
- Is it possible to buy just the gift boxes, paper bags or labels without any souvenirs?
Yes this is possible, prices can be found on their respective sections.
- Can I see samples?
Of course you can just pay a visit to our shop in Naxxar to see the whole range on display. Click here to see how to find us and to check our opening hours.
- Is there any minimum order quantity?
As long as we are already offering the item you want, you can buy as many as you like however if you have entrusted us to look for that something in particular, then a minimum order quantity might apply.
- How can I order?
Simply navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing, then click on the place an order button and fill in the form. You can also come to our shop in Naxxar to place your order. Click here to see how to find us and to check our opening hours.
- Do I need to leave a deposit when I place an order?
For souvenirs a 30% deposit of the total amount will be required to process an order.
For invitations a 25% deposit of the total amount will be required upon order and another 50% will be required upon confirmation of text and artwork.
- How can I pay?
At the moment we are not accepting any online payments, so you can send us a cheque or make a direct transfer to BOV account no.: 40018094932
- When should I pick-up my order?
We will contact you to let you know that your order is ready and make the necessary pick-up arrangements.
